Ranch style homes were a very popular style of home built during the 1940's through the 1970's. The trend of building these style homes began out west and eventually expanded to the east coast. The trend declined after the 1970's, but now there is a growing interest in one floor living floor plans with the baby boomer generation.
Our Classic Ranch floor plan offers one floor living like a traditional ranch style home does, but was designed with modern features and an open layout.
The Classic Ranch panelized floor plan offers over 2,000 square feet of living space. The great room, kitchen and dining room offer an open concept layout creating plenty space to entertain guests. The panelized floor plan also offers a master suite as well as a guest bedroom and den. The den could easily be converted into a third bedroom. A guest bathroom and laundry room also fit into this spacious one level living floor plan. A walkout basement could be added for additional living space.

We’ve borrowed from the simplicity and symmetry of historical homes in seaside towns to design our Classic Cape Series. Found from the beaches of Rhode Island to the coast of Maine, the cape design has endured the test of time. Our Classic Cape models offer space-efficient floor plans and compact footprints, making them the perfect solution for a beachfront home or a house near a lake. Use our Energy Smart Insulated Panel System to build a green and energy efficient home!
The Classic Cape 2 combines two more basic Cape Series models into an L-shape. The entry to the home opens to the study and then to an open dining, kitchen and cathedral-ceiling great room. The master suite is on the first floor to the right of the study, offering privacy away from high-traffic areas of the home.
The central staircase leads to a loft gallery that overlooks the great room. Three additional bedrooms, full bath, and a laundry room make up the spacious second floor.
