Traditional Farmhouse Floor Plan

There is something about a farmhouse that is familiar and comforting. Traditional style farmhouses have been around for centuries and continue to be popular today. They are not just built for farm living any more; farmhouses are being built in the suburbs and many offer an up to date floor plan to suit modern day living.

At Davis Frame and eSIPS, we have developed a couple farmhouse floor plans. Both plans include open and spacious living to accommodate the needs of today's homeowners.

Check out the Classic Farmhouse 1A plan below:

Our Classic Farmhouse 1A floor plan features a spacious and open layout. Upon entering the home through the farmer's porch, an open concept dining room and kitchen are located on the right and a large living room is to the left. A mud room and half bath are also located on the first floor.

The second floor features plenty of room for a growing family with a large hall that can be used as a study or entertainment area, two bedrooms that share a full bathroom and a luxurious master suite that features a full ensuite bath, walk-in closet and private sitting area.

Building the Classic Farmhouse 1A model with our eSIPS wall and roof system will provide you an energy efficient place to call home in half the time it takes to conventionally build a home.
