Our latest project is a new custom panelized home on the north shore of Massachusetts. The home was designed by S. Magnuson &amp; Associates in Manchester, Massachusetts. The new home will feature over 7,000 square feet of living space and was designed with extended family in mind.

This past summer, Energy Smart Insulated Panel (eSIPS) completed a remodeling project for an existing cottage on a lake in New Hampshire. The remodeling project included adding dormers and a bump out, and expanding the second floor. Some timber framing was used and the exterior shell was built with our panelized wall and roof panels.
